People have a mentality of how a business should be run as well as expectations. We want to start our business so that we can have them run how we want. However we enter into this entrepreneurship world with a certain mindset that gets our businesses or companies coming into existence then shutting down after five, two or even one yr. A notion like “I won’t have to work as hard as I used to when I worked under a boss…”. Below are just but some of the blunders we do as entrepreneurs

 1: Amount of Effort Exerted

Start by trying to measure business success by the effort you put. You have to be willing to work hard and even twice hard if it’s your own business, because unlike when you are working under a “boss” this time it’s Up to you to grow the business.

2: Inadequate Financing

This is one way of giving a “go ahead “to a business “Gone wrong”.

 3: Lack of Planning

May it be an existing business or a starting one, you will need to plan, and i mean proper planning.

Blunder 4: Unwillingness to Take Responsibility

Whenever there is a mistake, or an unexpected loss or something going wrong with the business be willing to take full responsibility, you can’t blame anyone for such.
